SHIPPING COSTS:
Universal-Recharger:
Shipping of the Universal-Recharger is FREE to any country in the world.
Adapters:
Shipping of the adapters is FREE to any country in the world if you order them together with the Universal-Recharger, otherwise, shipping will be FREE only in Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands, for the rest of the addresses you must hire the courier service you want or pay the costs of the courier service proposed by HIFU-RECARGAS depending on the country of destination.
Recharge:
If you have the Universal-Recharger:
The courier service will not be necessary since you will instantly receive the recharge code by email on the invoice and that you can also see in your client area.
If you do NOT have the Universal-Recharger:
The collection and shipping of your cartridges or handpieces is FREE in Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands, in the rest of the addresses we do not collect or ship cartridges.
SHIPPING TRACKING:
If your order involves the use of courier, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment. You can also see the tracking number in the order history of your client area.
TIMETABLE AND DELIVERY TIMES:
In Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands:
The messaging service used is e-Commerce MRW.
If you order before 6:00 p.m. on business days from Monday to Friday, your cartridges will be collected the same day of the order and you will receive them refilled back within 48H (working days).
When you make the purchase, just before the payment process you can write any comment that you consider appropriate related to your shipment, for example, you can indicate the time slot to collect your cartridges, if you want to receive them on Saturday morning, etc..
In the rest of the countries of the world:
Shipping of the Universal-Recharger and the adapters that you include in your first order will be Free. Delivery times can vary from 2 to 15 days depending on the destination country.
We do not collect or send cartridges to recharge outside mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands, you can recharge them yourself with the Universal-Recharger.
RETURN POLICY:
The customer has a period of 7 days from receipt of the product to make changes or returns.
If it is a return, due to our error when sending a product, the company will assume the error and will be responsible for the cost of shipping and replacement. If the error is in the choice of the product by the customer, he will be the one who will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Notification of the change or return must be made by email to info@hifu-recargas.es or through the contact page, indicating the reason for the return and attaching photographs of the product if deemed necessary.
Refunds will not be accepted when purchasing recharge codes.
If you want to return a cartridge that we have recharged and sent, you have the option of sending the cartridge to us at your own expense, and we will include in your customer account a voucher for future purchases for an amount proportional to the number of shots remaining to the customer cartridge.
